45-DAYS REFUND & EXCHANGES

We're very sorry for whatever inconvenience your purchase may have caused you. Please note this page is for purchases made through our website. For purchases made through our authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

 

1. 45-DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE GUARANTEE

Our refund policy lasts 45 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. For products are on sale: Only apply partial refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable as we shipped the item out.

You have 12 hours of the same day to cancel your order. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly note that it can take 5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.  
 
2. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
AJVG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AJVG will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

3. HOW DO I CLAIM FOR WARRANTY?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to our FAQ page and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at AJVGPERCISION@GMAIL.COM within 45 days of purchase, include proof of purhcase, and a short picture/video explain the quality issue of the product. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, upon receipt the confirmation of return, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Refund usually takes 5 -7 days via original payment method.
     
    5. WHAT IS PROOF OF PURCHASE?
    Order number, email, and full name on record 

    If you made your purchase through our website, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address. If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.

     
    6. WILL THE WARRANTY BE RENEWED IF MY PRODUCT IS REPLACED?
    The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
